About Singh & James:
Singh & James Development Group LLC was formed in 2012. The principal is in Construction business from 2005. We started with building Residential Properties in Long Island. After doing that for a couple of years we then started construction in Commercial Projects ranging from retail stores to house of worship buildings . From there we moved to becoming Approved Contractors for Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Our 2nd project involved a complete demolition of a Gas Station and constructing a Ground Up Building fora brand New Dunkin Donuts Baskin Robbins store.Since then we have completed building & remodeling Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Huts, and a few Temples. In 2017, we became New York City Buildings General Contractor. In 2018, we became Approved MWBE Mentor Contractors for New York City School Construction Authority.
